You agree to give us safe access to the work area and to the switchboard, roof space, outdoor areas or other places we need to reach. If we cannot get access at the agreed time, or you cancel at short notice, we may charge for the call-out where we have already lost the booking.
Payment terms, deposits and due dates are set out on your quote or invoice. We may charge interest or recover reasonable collection costs on overdue amounts, as the law allows. Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.
We carry out our work with due care and skill, to the applicable Australian standards and regulations. Our services come with the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties on equipment such as air conditioners are provided by the manufacturer on their terms. Any additional workmanship warranty will be stated on your quote or invoice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by information on this website being incomplete or out of date. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for your own personal use, but please do not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
