It was a bit pricey but for the amount of work that went into it and the quality of work it’s been worth it. They even pulled together a report for me at no additional cost when my body corporate tried to say my air conditioner was the cause of ongoing roof/structural issues that I had to pay for/fix (issues that existed long before the team did those works).
